The 13th Al-Ghadeer International Media Festival kicks off in Baghdad

BAGHDAD, Jul.20, (ST)- The 13th Al-Ghadeer International Media Festival kicked off on Wednesday in the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, with the participation of a Syrian media delegation headed by Ahmed Dawa, the Deputy Minister of Information.

Hadi al-Amiri, head of the Al-Fateh Alliance and sponsor of the festival, said in a statement to the correspondent of the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) in Baghdad, “Syria has achieved great victory over all its enemies, and only the official announcement of victory remains, and it is a matter of time.”

14 Arab countries, 11 foreign countries, dozens of Arab and international media institutions and 70 Iraqi media institutions are taking part in the festival.
