Terrorists kill girl in rocket attack on Lattakia city

PROVINCES,(ST)_Terrorists have fired two rockets on Lattakia city and seven mortar rounds on Damascus and its suburb, killing a girl and wounding 12 civilians, media sources reported Monday.

The sources said that two rockets, fired by terrorists, landed near the ‘Abdul Rahman’ Mosque in Ali Jamal quarter and on the outskirts of Qninis project area in  Lattakia city where a girl was martyred and 7 civilians were hurt.

The wounded civilians were admitted to public and private hospitals, a police command source said.

The rockets were fired by terrorist organizations holed up in the northern countryside of Lattakia.

Meanwhile, two women were wounded when a mortar round fell on a home in Esh al-Warwar quarter north Damascus .

More three civilians were wounded as six mortar rounds hit Daheyet Harasta and al-Wafidin camp in Damascus countryside.

The US, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel support terrorist organizations operating in Syria, world media reports confirm.
