Terrorists kill child by mortar fire on Damascus suburbs

DAMASCUS COUNTRYSIDE,(ST)_Some 17 mortar rounds, fired by terrorists, have killed a 12-year-old boy and wounded two civilians in several areas in Damascus countryside, according to a police command source.

The source declared today that three mortar rounds-fired by terrorists- hit Ma’araba area, killing a 12-year-old boy and causing material damages at the scene.

Four more mortar rounds landed on a house in Blodan town and in Jaramana city as well as in Kashkoul quarter outside Damascus where three houses, five cars and three shops were damaged.

Moreover, some ten mortar rounds struck the ‘Police Hospital’ in Harasta district and Daheyet Harasta square, leaving damages without casualties.
