Terrorists kill at least civilian, wound 15 by mortar attacks on Damascus

DAMASCUS,(ST)_Terrorists have fired some 8 mortar rounds on several urban areas in Damascus, killing at least a civilian and wounding 15 others, according to a source at police command.

The source said today that a mortar round-fired by terrorists- hit Mawasem square in Zablatani area, killing at least a civilian and wounding three others.

The mortar fire caused damages to several cars at the scene, the source added.

More eleven civilians were wounded when two mortar round landed in Shagour quarter. 

While the other five mortar rounds that struck Sheraton Hotel, the outskirts of Abbaseyen Hospital and al-Eslah quarter in Hamedeyeh quarter left material damages without casualties.
