Terrorists kill 5 women and girl in rocket attack on Daraa city

DARAA,(ST)_Terrorists fired today rockets on residential areas in Daraa city, killing 5 women and a girl, according to a source in Daraa province.

The source was quoted on the official news agency (SANA) as citing that rockets hit the outskirts of the governmental  complex and quarters of al-Kakhef, Shamal al-Khat and al-Matar in the city of Daraa, killing 5 women and a girl and wounding over 54 persons.

“The rockets were fired by terrorists holed up in Refugees’ Camp and al-Na’emeh town,” the source added.

Later on, SANA reported that the death toll from the rocket attack raised to 8. 

On June 26-27, terrorists fired hundreds of rockets, mortar rounds and gas canisters on Daraa city, killing at least 9 persons and wounding dozens.

Terrorists affiliated to the al-Nusra Front , the so-called the ‘Flojet Horan’ brigade and other allied Takfiri groups  spread in al-Na’emeh and al-Yadodeh towns in Daraa countryside and they are linked to the Israeli enemy and the Jordanian regime.

In Sweida countryside, three explosive devices detonated when a tractor passed on a road linking al-Ariqa and Dama towns, killing a man and a woman, who were in the tractor.

The explosives were planted by terrorist organizations on the said road.

Another terror attack took place today in Damascus suburb as three mortar shells hit Daheyet Harasta, wounding 2 persons. 

22 more persons were wounded when rockets fell in Sa’dallah al-Jaberi square in Aleppo city.
