Terrorists kill 14 in rocket attacks on Lattakia and Aleppo cities

PROVINCES,(ST)_Terrorist organizations fired today rockets on residential areas in Lattakia and Aleppo cities, killing at least 14 persons and wounding over 31 others.

According to the official news agency (SANA), the rocket attack on Lattakia city was carried out by terrorist organizations holed up in the northern countryside of Lattakia and killed at least 4 persons and wounded over 14 others and caused damage to several homes and cars at the scene.

Last Thursday, terrorist organizations linked to the Saudi and Turkish regimes fired 2 rockets from the northern countryside of Lattakia on the same city, killing 2 persons and wounding 13 others.

Another rocket attack took place today in Aleppo city, according to the Beirut-based al-Mayadeen TV channel.

The al-Mayadeen reporter said that ‘armed groups’ fired mortar shells and gas canisters on al-Hamdaneyeh quarter in Aleppo city, killing at least 10 persons and wounding 17 others.

The same quarter was hit yesterday by rockets where 2 persons were martyred and 17 others wounded.

Terrorists affiliated to the so-called the ‘Jaish al-Mojahiden’ which is composed of the ‘al-Ansar’, the ‘al-Horeyeh’, the ‘city of Aleppo’, the ‘Halab al-Shah’baa’ and the ‘Amjad al-Islam’ brigades, spread in some quarters on Aleppo city and they target nearby quarters with rockets, shells and gas canisters.
