Terrorists in Idlib’s de-escalation zone launched 36 attacks on areas in neighboring provinces over the past 24 hours

The terrorists of Jabhat Al-Nusra active in the de-escalation zone in Idlib carried out 38 attacks on areas in neighboring provinces over the past 24 hours, according to the Russian defense Ministry.

Deputy Director of the Russian Coordination Center in Hmeimim, Rear Admiral Vadim Kulit, said that 38 bombardment incidents by the Jabhat al-Nusra terrorist organization were registered in the Idlib de-escalation zone, including 17 in Idlib province, 8 in Lattakia, four in Aleppo and nine in Hama.

He added that monitoring systems showed that the terrorist groups positioned in Idlib de-escalation zone are deploying terrorists and armored vehicles in the villages of Majdalia in Ariha town and San in Saraqib in Idlib southern countryside with the aim of launching attacks on peaceful residential areas and Syrian Arab Army positions.

In a relevant context, SANA reporter in Hama said that the terrorists positioned in the de-escalation zone in Idlib on Saturday fired several rockets on the village of Naour Jurin in Sahl Al-Ghab in Hama countryside, causing material damage to agricultural fields.

 Many civilians were martyred and many others were wounded in rocket attacks by the Jabhat Al-Nusra terrorists positioned in Idlib and its countryside. The bombardment also caused massive material damage to citizens’ properties.
