Terrorists fire rockets on Aleppo, Damascus and its suburbs

PROVINCES,(ST)_At least 26 civilians were hurt as rockets hit Damascus and its suburbs on Friday, according to the official news agency (SANA).

The agency quoted a police command source as citing that 12 civilians were hurt when 2 rockets fell on the outskirts of al-Madfa’a square in Abo Remmaneh quarter in Damascus.

“The rocket attack caused damage to several cars and shops at the scene,” the source said, indicating that more 2 rockets landed on the American School building and near the Saudi Embassy in the same quarter.

Another rocket attack ripped through al-Amara quarter in the same province [Damascus], causing material damage without casualties.

10 rockets

In Damascus suburbs, at least 14 civilians were wounded as 10 rockets fell in Jaramana city, Daheyet Harasta and al-Wafedin camp.

A police command source declared that 4 rockets , fired by terrorists, hit the main square of Jaramana city where 14 civilians were wounded and 12 shops plus 10 cars were damaged.

Damascus suburb of Jaramana is located south of Ein Tarma town in which terrorist organizations spread and target innocent civilians by mortars and rockets.

More four rockets fell in Daheyet Harasta suburb , which lies north of Damascus, leaving material damage to homes and cars without casualties, the source said.

It added that 2 rockets landed on the outskirts of al-Wafidin camp, causing material damage at the scene.

Several rockets hit Aleppo city, killing a child  

Later on, SANA reported that terrorists fired rockets on al-Jameleyeh and al-Midan quarters in Aleppo city, killing a child and wounding 23 civilians.

The US, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel support terrorist organizations operating in Syria, world media reports confirm.
