Terrorists fire mortars and rockets on Damascus and Homs, killing 4

PROVINCES,(ST)_Terrorists have fired rockets and mortar rounds on Damascus and Homs, killing at least four civilians and wounding more than 17 others, media sources reported Sunday.

The sources said that five mortar rounds hit al-Zablatani area and al-Qosor and al-Amara quarters in Damascus, killing three civilians and wounding 17 others.

The mortar attacks left extensive damage to a home and several cars and shops in al-Qosor and al-Amara quarters.

Another terror attack was reported in Homs countryside where several rockets fell in Mrimin town, killing a civilian and wounding several others.

The rockets were launched by terrorists holed up in Tal Dahab and Kaferlaha towns in al-Holeh area.

The terrorists, in addition, fired rockets on al-Shenyeh, al-Qabo and Qormos towns that lie between Homs and Hama provinces, wounding several civilians and causing damage to many homes and cars in the towns.

The US, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Israel support terrorist organizations operating in Syria, world media reports confirm.
