Terrorists Fire More Than 24 Shells on Urban Areas in and utside Damascus

PROVINCES,(ST)_Terrorists have fired some 24 shells on urban areas in and outside Damascus, killing three civilians and wounding 55 others, according to the official news agency (SANA).

The agency quoted a police command source as saying that five shells landed on quarters of al-Rawda, Daf al-Sakher and Ard al-Bayader in Jaramana city outside Damascus where a civilian was martyred and three others wounded.

Last night, at least 19 civilians were wounded when 10 shells hit the city of Jaramana.

About 55 civilians wounded in Damascus

Other mortar attacks took place in quarters of al-Adawi, Baghdad, Abo Remmaneh, al-Baramkeh, Rekn al-Dien, al-Qassa’a, al-Zablatani, al-Amara, al-Dwel’a and Bab Sharqi in the capital [Damascus].

More than 19 shells hit the said quarters, killing at least two civilians and wounding 55 others, according to a source at police command.

Yesterday, shells struck houses, hospitals, schools, mosques and institutes in several quarters in Damascus, killing four civilians and wounding 29 others, including women and children.
