Terrorists fire 7 rockets on Damascus, killing 5

DAMASCUS, (ST)_Terrorist organizations killed today 5 persons and wounded over 37 others in rocket attacks on Damascus.

According to a police command source, a rocket fired by terrorists holed up in Jobar quarter fell in al-Thawra Street in the heart of Damascus, killing at least 5 persons and wounding over 36 others.

The terror attack caused damage to several cars in the street, the source said.

It added that another rocket fell in Baghdad street, wounding one person.

5 more rockets hit Bab Touma quarter, causing damage to two homes and several cars without casualties.

The photo of the terror attack on al-Thawra street was published by the ‘Yomyat Kzefet Hawen’ website.

Since the beginning to this month, terror attacks killed at least 8 persons and wounded over 107 others, including women and children in Aleppo, Hama, Damascus and its suburbs, according to casualty statistics reported daily by the official news agency (SANA).

The US, France, Britain, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and Israel support terrorist organizations in Syria, world media reports confirm.
