Idlib,(ST)-An unspecified number of Red Cross workers were abducted Sunday by terrorists in the province of Idlib in northern Syria, state television reported.
“A terrorist armed group abducted a number of workers in the mission of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Syria on the Sermeen-Sarqeb road in rural Idlib after shooting at the cars carrying members of the team,” the broadcaster said.
The abductees were taken to an unknown location, the report said.
