Terrorist Organizations’ Crimes against Syrians Won’t Stop Unless Foreign Support to Terrorists Stops
DAMASCUS, (ST)- The terrorist organizations’ crimes against innocent people in several Syrian cities and towns confirm the savage nature of these foreign-backed terror groups, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said on Thursday, stressing that these crimes won’t stop unless the support provided to the terrorist organizations by some regimes, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Turkey and some western countries, stops.
Addressing the UN Chief and President of the Security Council, the ministry said Syria was outraged by the ongoing alliance between Israel and the terrorist organizations, particularly Jabhat al-Nusra, and which was embodied in the latest Israeli warplanes’ aggression on Syrian territories in Quneitra after Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists failed to achieve the goal of their attack on the city of Hadar in Quneitra Province. The attack claimed the lives of 9 innocent people.
The ministry reviewed some of the crimes committed during the past few days by Jabhat al-Nusra and its affiliated terrorist groups including the Turkish-backed “Nour Eddin Zinki”, “Jaish al-Fateh” and the Saudi-backed “Jaish al-Islam” against the Syrian people in Aleppo, Idleb and Damascus Countryside.
The terrorist rocket and mortar attacks on Syrian civilians only in one day claimed the lives of 17 people and wounded 27 others including women and children, but not a single condemnation or condolence word was said by the countries supporting terrorism, according to the ministry.
The terrorist groups keep using civilians as human shields in the eastern districts of Aleppo and continue to tighten the siege on the people of Kafraya and al-Fou’a town in Idleb countryside, the ministry said.
The ministry stressed that the terrorists’ killing machine won’t stop unless the foreign support by the countries backing terrorism in Syria stops.
Syria reiterates that the main battle that should unify the efforts of all honest people of the world is the battle against Deash, Jabhat al-Nusra and their affiliated groups, because the threat of these terror organizations will expand to all countries of the world if not eliminated, the ministry concluded.
