Terrorist Network Recruiting Youths to Fight alongside Terrorist Organizations in Syria Dismantled in Tunisia

TUNIS, (ST)- Tunisian Authorities have dismantled a terrorist network of seven people working in recruiting young people and sending them to Syria to fight alongside the terrorist organizations there.

The Tunisian Foreign Ministry said in a statement published on its facebook page that the Tunisian National Guard’s Research and Inspection Division in the city of (Nabel) has managed to stop the work of the terrorist network which sought to promote the takfiri thinking among the youths through the internet and encourage them to travel to Syria as to join the terrorist organizations.

The network members were arrested and referred to the Tunisian National Guard’s Unit for Research on Terrorism Crimes.

A few days ago, the National Guard’s First Division for Combating Criminality seized four cars prepared for bomb attacks in the Ben Arous province north of Tunisia.
