Terrorist Blast Hits Kafr Souseh in Damascus, Casualties Reported

DAMASCUS, (ST)- A suicide bomber with an explosive belt Thursday evening  blew himself up near al-Muhafasa sport club in Kafr Souseh area in Damascus.

Seven people were martyred  and several others were wounded in a preliminary toll, a Damascus Police Command source told SANA.

 Ambulances rushed to the scene to move the wounded to hospitals.

The victims were civilians who happened to be at the explosion site, local media report said.
