Terrorism replaces terrorism!
The talk of the Turkish regime about the exit of ISIS from Jarabulus was in reality an entrance for other terrorist organizations to this city, which means it is a terrorism that substitutes another terrorism. Turkey prevents purging Jarabulus City and al-Raqqacity of the ISIS terrorists as it has become a country that rejoices at the death of civilians under the ruling of the government of the Justice and Development Party. The ISIS terrorist organization receives a political and financial support from the Erdogan’s government in a way that prevents eliminating this terrorist organization.
Turkish mass media revealed that Erdogan’s regime, in the framework of its support to different terrorist organizations in Syria, has recently sent aid to the terrorist groups in Lattakia countryside.
Syria can be purged of the ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra terrorists easily after removing the Turkish obstacle. The international powers should help removing the obstacle imposed by Turkey which prevents overcoming ISIS if they really want to defeat this terrorist organization and eliminate it. Turkey should also close its borders with Syria to stop the flow of terrorists and arms. There are satellite photos of the places whereby the flow of gunmen and weapons takes place.
Fighting terrorism on Syrian territories by any side must be conducted by coordinating with the Syrian government and the Syrian Arab Army which has been fighting terrorism for over five years on behalf of the whole world.
The Turkish incursion is blatant violation of its sovereignty and affirms that fighting terrorism isn’t done by ousting ISIS and replacing it with other takfiri terrorist organizations backed directly by Turkey. What is happening in Jarabulus now isn’t fighting terrorism as Turkey claims; rather it is replacing one type of terrorism with another. An end to this aggression should be immediately put and there is a need for the Turkish side and the US-led alliance to respect international resolutions, particularly those related to closing borders and drying up the sources of terrorism.
There is an importance of the fight against terrorism in the border areas between Syria and Turkey more than ever, but at the same time Turkey should coordinate with Damascus because that is the most important factor in the effectiveness of fighting terrorism.
The situation on the Syrian- Turkish borders is deteriorating after the incursion by the Turkish tanks inside the Syrian territories towards Jarablus city accompanied by terrorist groups with a coverage of warplanes of Washington-led alliance. There is a possibility of further deterioration of the situation and the possibility of civilian casualties, escalating disputes and spreading terror and chaos.
The violations and massacres committed by the Turkish regime in the Syrian territories form a crime of aggression and crimes against humanity. Combating terrorism on the Syrian territories by any side must be done in coordination with the government of the Syrian Arab Republic and the Syrian Arab Army. The Turkish army’s air and artillery forces, in coordination with the armed terrorist organizations, targeted the villages of Jubal-Kusa and al-Amarneh to the south of Jarabulus city in Aleppo through shelling randomly, leading to a massacre and killing and wounding of scores of innocent civilians.
The repeated crimes, violations, aggression and massacres perpetrated by the regime in Ankara against the Syrian people, sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Syrian Arab Republic for more than five years reflect Erdogan’s criminal record against Syrian people and his colonialist dreams to restore the Ottoman occupation of the Arab territories.
The Security Council’s member states should condemn those cowardly crimes, exert all pressures and take all effective measures to guarantee the recovering of Turkish regime to its senses and forcing it abandon its support of terrorism or using it as a pretext to interfere in the domestic affairs of Syria.
The drama played by the Turkish regime through entering Jarabulus city, where it didn’t shoot fire a single bullet at ISIS, rather it let ISIS join the Turkish army and enter Jarabulus is an evidence on the strong cooperation between the Turkish regime and ISIS.
The continued support of France, USA, Britain, Saudi Arabia and Qatar to the Turkish regime is a clear support for terrorism, not only in Syria but in all world countries. The UN Security Council should assume its responsibilities in preserving the international peace and security, and to call on Turkey to immediately withdraw from the Syrian territories, and to respect sovereignty and territorial integrity of Syria in implementation to international resolutions.
