Terrorism, Extremism Common Threats to Human Society, Says Larijani

 

Stressing Iran’s support of neighboring countries against terrorism, Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said that regardless of any religion, culture and race, terrorism and extremism are common threats to human society.

Larijani, in a message, extended his condolences to the Speaker of Pakistan National Assembly on the sad occasion of killing and injuring many innocent people as a result of a terrorist explosion in Lahore.

In his written message to Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Larijani expressed Islamic Republic’s interest in consolidation and reinforcement of security and stable tranquility in the region and its support of any action against terrorism and extremism.

 

The deadly blast which happened in Golshan Park in the Center of Lahore on Sunday evening left at least 72 dead with 300 others injured.

Iran committed to Iraq’s security, solidarity  –  Larijani

On the other hand, Iran’s Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani has condemned recent terrorist attacks in Baghdad stressing on Tehran’s commitment to strengthen security, peace and solidarity in Iraq.

In a message on Tuesday to his Iraqi counterpart Salim al-Jabouri, Larijani expressed his condolences over the killing of innocent Iraqi civilians in an array of bombings in the country’s capital on Sunday.

In the message, Larijani offered his condolences and sympathy to the Iraqi Parliament, government and people.

The Islamic Republic of Iran reaffirms its absolute commitment to strengthening security, peace and solidarity of Iraq, he wrote in his message.

Iran regards stability, security and territorial integrity of Iraq in line with enhancing the power of the Islamic Ummah and it will save no efforts to help this happen, Larijani added.

 

 

 

Insecurity in Islamic world to benefit Zionist enemies, says Larijani

Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani, in a message to the Chairman of Senate of Pakistan Reza Rabbani to condemn the recent terrorist bombing in the country, said insecurity in Islamic world would only benefit the Zionist Regime.

He slammed the terrorist operation in the city of Lahore and said insecurity and religions conflicts within the Islamic community will serve the interests of the Zionist regime and help its security.

Larijani further voiced sympathy with the people and government of Pakistan over the terrorist incident which claimed lives of tens of Pakistani civilians.

He said extremism and terrorism in any form went against principles and teachings of the holy religion of Islam and attitudes of its prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

He went on to reiterate Iran’s views regarding the fact that security and stability in Pakistan will enhance security of Islamic world and said Iran will save no efforts to promote sustainable peace and constructive interaction in the region.
