Terror rocket fire kills at least 14 in Aleppo’s Midan quarter

ALEPPO,(ST)_Terrorist organizations fired today rockets on al-Midan quarter in Aleppo city, killing at least 14 persons and wounding over 30 others, according to the Syrian TV channel.

The TV channel clarified that the rockets were fired  by terrorist holed up in Bani Zied quarter, which is located in the same city.

The official news agency (SANA) reported that the wounded persons were admitted to the ‘al-Razi’ and ‘al-Jame’aa’ hospitals.

“7 children were among those who were martyred in the terror attack,” SANA said.

On September 16, terrorists fired a rocket on Salaheddin quarter in the same city, killing 2 persons and wounding 6 others.

Terrorist organizations affiliated to the so-called the ‘Jaish al-Mojahedin’ [army of Jihadists] nad the ‘Shohadaa Bader’ brigade spread in Bani zied quarter and other quarters in Aleppo city and they receive support from the Turkish and Saudi regimes.

Today’s terror attack was condemned by the cabinet.

Prime Minister Dr. Wael al-Halaqi said in a statement obtained by SANA that such Takfiri terror acts perpetrated by terrorist organizations with the support of Arab regimes and regional states target the Syria citizen’ will.

“Such terror acts aim at stopping the wheel of life , but this will never happen due to the steadfastness of the Syrian people and army that will uproot terrorism and will restore stability and peace to all areas in the homeland,” al-Halaqi added.
