Terror blast near church in Qamishli leaves 11 civilians wounded

HASAKA, (ST)_At least 11 civilians were wounded on Thursday in a terror car bomb blast near the church of the Virgin Mary in Qamishli city in Hasaka Province, according to the Syrian News Agency (SANA).

The agency clarified that the terror blast caused damage to part of the church, shops and cars.

The coward terror blast was condemned by Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphram, who asserted that the perpetrators of the blast seek to destabilize the region and to create chaos and spread fear among citizens. 

On June 23rd, two persons were wounded in motorbike explosion occurred at the western entrance of the same city.
