Terror attacks in Damascus, Aleppo, Lattakia

PROVINCES,(ST)_Terrorists organizations have fired rockets on several urban areas in Damascus, Aleppo and Lattakia, killing at least 13 civilians and wounding 70 others, media sources reported Sunday.

The sources clarified that terrorists holed up in the eastern Ghouta of Damascus fired more than 50 rockets on areas of Malki, Abo Remmaneh, Mohajerin, Midan, Mazzeh, the ‘Baghdad’ Street, Fahhameh, Kafer Soseh, Mazra’a, al-Abbaseyen, Barzeh, Ein Kersh, al-Abed Street and Adawi highway in Damascus.

The rocket attacks killed 7 civilians and wounded more than 50 others including 14 children.

Meanwhile, army units struck the terrorists’ sites in the eastern Ghouta of Damascus from which rockets were fired on the capital [Damascus], a military source declared.

In northern Aleppo province, terrorists holed up in Bani Zied quarter launched several rockets on al-Ashrafeyeh quarter, killing 3 civilians and wounding 11 others.

The terror attack caused damage to homes and shops at the scene.

In Lattakia city, two rockets hit the Mashro’a al-Iddekhar area and near Haron square, killing 3 civilians and wounding 9 others including a girl.

The rockets were fired by terrorists holed up in the northern countryside of Lattakia.
