Tens of terrorists eliminated in military operations by the Syrian army and Russian air forces in Idlib countryside

The Syrian army, in cooperation with the Russian air forces, operating in Syria, on Sunday destroyed the terrorists’ strongholds, depots and drone launching sites in the countryside of Idlib and eliminated tens of terrorists, according to the Syrian Defense Ministry.

The operation came in response to the attacks carried out by the armed terrorist groups during the past few days on Hama and Lattakia countryside, which led to the martyrdom of a number of civilians and caused material damage to People’s property, the ministry clarified in a statement.

The ministry pointed out that a number of terrorist groups’ leaders were killed, including Abd Al-Karim Abu Dawud Al-Turkistani, Saifullah Abu Abd Al-Haq Al-Turkistani, Mustafa Sheikh Al-Sit, Abdul Rahman Saadoun, Abu Karrar, Muhammad Saeed Nasuh, Radwan Ma’tarawi and Mahmoud Sheikh Al-Hara.
