Ten damaged schools put into service in Daraa with the beginning of the new academic year  

Since the beginning of this year, the Education Directorate of Daraa province has been working to rehabilitate 143 damaged schools and it managed to put ten new school buildings into service as the new academic year 2022-2023 is about to start. 

According to the Director of the School Buildings in the Daraa Education Directorate Radi Al-Wanni work will continue according to priorities to restore the biggest number of school buildings, damaged during the events that took place in this province over the past ten years, with the aim of maintaining the quality and the stability of the education process.

Working school buildings in Daraa numbered 943 in 2012, of which 179 went out of service due to the events.
