Tehran: Washington and London’s attack on Yemen is a violation of international law 

Tehran, (ST) – Iran’s ambassador and permanent representative to the United Nations in New York, Amir Saeed Iravani affirmed that the United States of America and Britain’s attack on Yemen constitutes a violation of national sovereignty, international law, and the Charter of the United Nations. He added that this attack is also a declaration of war against this country.

Iravani said in a statement to the American magazine Nozuk: The Zionist entity was able to force the American administration to directly intervene in the war on Gaza, through the pressure mechanisms it is exercising in America.

The Iranian delegate pointed out his country’s commitment, as a conscious and responsible member state of the United Nations, to the provisions of the arms embargo imposed on Yemen, despite it considering it unjust.
