Targeting the headquarters and a vehicle of the “Qasad militia” supported by the American occupation in the countryside of Deir Ezzor and Raqqa

Deir Ezzor and Raqqa,(ST)-One of the headquarters of the “Qasad” militia supported by the American occupation forces and a vehicle for it were attacked by a bomb and an explosive device in the countryside of Deir Ezzor and Raqqa in light of the mounting anger and popular rejection of the practices of this militia.

Local sources reported that unidentified persons targeted, with a hand grenade, one of the headquarters of the “Qasad militia” in the town of Abu Hamam in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which resulted in material damage to the headquarters.

The source pointed out that a number of “Qasad” militia, backed by the American occupation, were wounded by an explosive charge of their car in the vicinity of the town of Al-Hos, east of Raqqa.

During the past weeks, a number of “Qasad” militia militants were killed and wounded when their headquarters and vehicles  were targeted  in the countryside of Raqqa, Deir Ezzor and Hasaka, which is witnessing a state of anger and popular rejection of that militia. There are widespread popular protests calling for the militia’s expulsion due to the practices it carried out against civilians and the theft of oil and the region’s goods under cover and support of the American occupation forces.
