Tal Tamer power substation out of service due to Turkish occupation’s attacks

Hasakah (ST) – The 20-66 KV electricity transfer station in Tal Tamr district went out of service this morning, as a result of the Turkish occupation attacks that targeted the electrical power line feeding the station.

The Director General of the Hasakah Electricity Company, Engineer Saleh Idris, stated that the station was out of service as the Turkish occupation targeted the 66KV line feeding the the station with a number of shells in Oum Al-Kif area in Tal Tamr countryside, which cut off electric power supply to Tal Tamr area and the surrounding population centers and villages.

He indicated that the company will be keen to carry out the necessary repairs to the line and restore service to the station as soon as possible.

Since the beginning of this week, the villages of Tal Tamr countryside have been subjected to repeated attacks by the Turkish occupation, which has led to material damage to homes as well as to public and private property.
