Renewed shelling on Saturday by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries on the town of Tal Tamer in Hasakah western countryside led the town’s electrical substation to go out of service.
Director of Hasakah Electricity Company Anwar Okla told a SANA correspondent on Saturday that the shelling targeted Oum Al-Keif village in Tal Tamer and damaged the 66KV line which feeds the substation.
According to Okla, the company’s maintenance teams will fix the damage in the power line as soon as possible.
The same power line, which is located at the contact lines between the Syrian Arab Army and the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, has been the target of repeated Turkish attacks that aim at disrupting the substation and depriving tens of villages in Tal Tamer and Ras Al-Ayn towns from electricity.
