Takfiri Terrorists in Eastern al-Ghouta Use Captives as Human Shields

DAMASCUS COUNTRYSIDE, (ST)-Within the framework of their criminal acts, the takfiri terrorists of the so-called Jaish al-Islam are using captive Syrian soldiers and kidnapped civilians including women and children as human shields.

“Jaish al-Islam”, a terrorist organization affiliated to the Wahhabi Saudi regime put the captives in iron-made cages and distributed them in different terrorist-held areas in eastern al-Ghouta of Damascus Countryside.

Activists published on their social network sites some pictures taken from the town of Douma. Women and children were seen placed in huge cages similar to those used by ISIL terrorists to drawn their victims in water or burn them in different areas in Iraq.

The activists said this crime aims to use civilians as human shield as to protect the terrorists and mercenaries of the so-called Jaish al-Islam terrorist group which have been besieging hundreds of families in eastern al-Ghouta and targeting residential neighborhoods in Damascus and its countryside with rockets and mortar shells.

The so-called “Jaish al-Islam” included among its ranks hundreds of Saudi and Libyan mercenaries. Tens of reports affirm that this terrorist group is closely linked to the Saudi regime which has been supplying the group with arms and money to implement anti-Syria agendas.
