Ingredients
2 large bunches fresh parsley, chopped finely
1 bunch mint, chopped finely
2 teaspoon dried mint
4 green onions, thinly sliced
1/5 cup burghul
3 large tomatoes, finely chopped
1/4 cup lemon juice
Olive oil
A little black pepper
Salt
Method
1- Place burghul, tomato and lemon juice in a bowl. Stand, covered, for 30 minutes or until burghul has softened.
2- mix parsley, mint, onion and oil to burghul, tomato, a little black pepper and lemon juice in a big bowl. Stir to combine.
3-Then add salt and olive oil before serving.
