Syrians in Slovakia: Fabricated Allegations on Syria, Used as Pretext for Supporting Terrorists

BRATISLAVA, (ST)_ Members of the Syrian community in Slovakia have renewed their stand in support of their homeland, army and leadership until ultimate victory against terrorism is achieved, expressing deepest reverence for the country’s martyrs who sacrificed their lives in defense of its dignity, sovereignty and pride, and have protected the Syrian people against terrorism.

In a statement today, on the occasion of the Martyrs Day, members of the community commended, the great achievements of the Syrian army in the face of terrorism and takfiri thought over four years, supported by the Syrian people, led by President Bashar al-Assad.

They denounced the Western silent positions and fabricated claims about Syria as a pretext to provide terrorist organizations with weapons and money, and training them and facilitating their infiltration into Syria to carry out foreign agendas that serve the Zionist entity and its supporters.

The statement made it clear that all these allegations, practices and attitudes are targeting Syria because of its national and pan -Arab positions in the defense of the legitimate Arab rights, and the implementation of US-Zionist and reactionary agendas.
