Syrian under-16 women’s basketball team beat Samoa in the Asian Cup for the second level

Amman (ST): Syria’s national under-16 women’s basketball team defeated Samoa with a score of 75-63 in its first match today in the Asian Cup for the second level, which will be hosted by the Jordanian capital, Amman. Our team will meet in its second match of the tournament with the Philippines team tomorrow, while it will face Indonesia next Sunday.

Our team includes players Sonia Jamsikian, Julie Khraim, Jana Mussef, Sahar Kanaan, Simil Al-Ahmar, Elissa Al-Dabal, Suzanne Bakour, Shahd Daddah, Nawal Mardo, Aya Muhammad, Sidra Al-Kurdi and Layla Hassan Agha.
