Syrian-Turkish Talks On Cooperation in Academic Field

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Abdel Moneim Abdel Hafez discussed with the Head of the Turkish Affairs Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) Abdullah Erin and the accompanying delegation, joint scientific cooperation.

The meeting, which was held on
Wednesday, addressed areas of scientific cooperation and student exchange, in addition to providing scholarships to Syrian students in various specializations.

In a related context, Chairman of Damascus University Steering Committee Ziad Abboud met with Erin and the accompanying delegation. Prospects of joint scientific and academic cooperation between Damascus university and the Turkish universities were discussed, in addition to providing scholarships to Damascus University students in the first undergraduate stage, postgraduate studies, and various specializations.
