Syrian , Turkish Defense Officials Discuss Enhancing Cooperation to Support Regional Stability

Major General Engineer Marhaf Abu Qasra, received a delegation from the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Turkey, headed by Major General Ilkay Altindag, Director General of Defense and Security, accompanied by the Turkish Ambassador to Damascus, Mr. Burhan Koroglu.

 

The two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination on a number of issues of common interest between the two countries, in a way that serves mutual interests and contributes to supporting security and stability efforts in the region.
