Syrian Tourism Day in Asti, Italy

ROME, (ST) _ In cooperation and coordination with the Association of the Syrian community in Italy, the ministry of tourism opened the Syrian tourism day in Asti city, on June 8 through 18.

The ministry, in coordination with the Syrian community and the European front in defense of Syria, is following up preparations for the Syrian tourism day, held for the 9th time in Italian cities.

 

The event will be opened in the exhibitions hall of Asti municipality, with a photographs exhibition under the theme “Treasures of the Syrian Antiquities, heritage of humanity” that explains to the Italian audience terrorist organizations barbarism in the destruction of the Syrian antiquities and infrastructure.

Dr. Jamal Abu Abbas, president of the Syrian community association in Italy explained that the exhibition, which was initiated by the ministry and the association and toured several Italian cities will continue from central Italy to the south ,to the islands ,and to the north, indicating that the event will end with a seminar , speaking about the  global conspiracy Syria has been experiencing with the aim to divide the country ,control its wealth and maintain the security of the Zionist occupiers.

Noteworthy, this event comes within the framework of cooperation and coordination between the Ministry of Tourism and the Syrian communities in foreign countries for holding cultural and artistic events and activities in places where these communities are existed around the world, to enhance their role as messengers for Syria in restoring confidence in the Syrian tourist destination.

Moreover, the Syrian Tourism Day was first launched in Toronto, Canada, almost a year ago and moved by the Ministry of Tourism to world countries in order to enable the real voice of Syria reaching and be heard in the West, so as to stop the export of terrorism which has only brought destruction and devastation for man and civilization.
