Syrian team ranked first in International Mental Calculation competition in Egypt

The Syrian 6-member team was ranked first in the competition of International Mental Calculation Championship, which was held in Egypt.
 
The winning of the Syrian team came after child Azad Salar Khalaf won the first place in the competition in which 51 teams from different countries participated. 
 
The team’s coach, Rawda Al-Muktaf, told the Syrian News Agency (SANA)  that the Syrian team achieved almost perfect results through Azad Salar Khalaf, who won the first place in the third level.
 
She added that the  other members of the team also achieved advanced positions, including Zana Othman who gained the second place in the second level and Rodi Chalabi who came second in the first level.
