Syrian table tennis team returned home with 11 medals

Syrian table tennis team have returned home with11 medals from the Arab championship that was held in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
 
4 gold medals plus 4 silver ones and bronze ones were won by the heroes of the Syrian team which drew the attention of the game’s experts and supervisors at Arab level.
 
Upon receiving the team, Head of the Table Tennis Federation , Bassam Khalil, said in that the Syrian team have done well, competing strong teams such as Tunisian and Egyptian counterparts , and outdid them , especially in the two categories of U13 and U11, describing the Syrian performance as a significant achievement, according to the Syrian News Agency (SANA).
