Syrian soldiers intercept convoy affiliated to US occupation in Hasakah

HASAKAH, Jun.29, (ST)-  Syrian soldiers intercepted on Wednesday a convoy of military vehicles belonging to the American occupation forces in the countryside of Qamishli area and forced it to retreat and return to where it came from.

According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), a number of  Syrian soldiers in the above mentioned area confirmed that they will intercept any vehicle or convoy of the American occupier on the territory of the Syrian Arab Republic.

Since the establishment of the illegal bases by the US occupation forces in Syrian territory, the residents of a number of villages in the countryside of Hasakah, with the support of the Syrian Army, have confronted many of the occupation convoys while they were trying to move between villages and towns near their areas of deployment and forced them to leave and return from where they came after throwing stones and amid chants confirming their rejection of the presence American occupation forces on Syrian territory.
