Syrian Science Olympiad takes part in IMO 2024

DAMASCUS, JUL.13, (ST)- Students of the Syrian Science Olympiad in Mathematics are participating in the 65th session of the International Mathematical Olympiad ( IMO 2024), which is hosted by Britain between 11 and 22 July.

The Distinction and Creativity Agency said in a press release yesterday, that the Syrian team includes students: Mohammad Osta, Mahmoud Asad, Al-Laith Shahat, Mohammad Fajal from Aleppo, and Muhammad Muzahim and Shafiq Bara from Damascus, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA).

The agency indicated that the team is headed by  Imran Quba, Khaled Halawa, and Mohammad Al-Halabi.
