Damascus, (ST)- Minister of Tourism Bisher Yaziji confirmed that the Syrian- Russian strategic relations should be reflected on tourism between the two countries.

Mr. Yaziji, during a meeting with member of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Dr. Ziad Sabsabi, said that the Syrian government is exerting its full potential not only to protect every inch of the Syrian land including religious and heritage shrines and sites that live deep in the memory of Syrians, but also working to restore all of them.

 

For his part, Dr. Sabsabi underlined the importance of developing relations between the Syrian and Russian sides at all levels, especially the economic, noting that construction companies in Russia will play a big role in Syria, taking advantage of its extensive experience in this area.
