Syrian-Russian Committee for Technical, Scientific and Technological Cooperation Holds Its 11th Session in Damascus

DAMASCUS, (ST)-The 11th Session of the Syria-Russian Joint Committee for Technical, Scientific and Technological Cooperation is to be kicked off on December 12-14 with the purpose of following up efforts to enhance bilateral relations in all fields.

The Syrian side will be led by Deputy Premier, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Walid al-Moallem, while the Russian side will be led by Yury Borisov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

Discussions will focus on economic cooperation and ways to boost relations to reach strategic partnership that benefit both countries.

 A big high ranking delegation, including officials as well as economic experts and businessmen, will accompany the Russian Deputy Prime Minister .

The delegation will hold several meetings with senior Syrian officials.
