Syria and Qatar signed a Memorandum of Understanding on Sunday to increase air transport rights in the field of civil aviation between the two countries.
The Qatar News Agency (QNA) reported that this came during a meeting between Mohammed Faleh Al-Hajri, the Acting President of the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, and Ashhad Al-Sulaibi, the President of the Syrian Civil Aviation Authority.
The meeting also discussed issues of mutual interest in the field of civil aviation, as well as ways to enhance and develop cooperation between the two countries.
