Syrian poets win first place in “the Al-Quds For Us”International Conference competition

Syrian poets won first place in “the Al-Quds For Us”International Conference competition, which was held by the International Adabna Foundation via the Internet.

Poets from Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Iraq, Oman, Tunisia, Palestine and Iran participated in the competition with180 poems.

The poets Muhammad Yassin, Zulfiqar Al-Khader, ElisarOmran, Farhan Al-Khatib, Osama Shehadeh, Azzam Issa, FarisDaadoush, Ahlam Ghanem and Hisham Sass from Syria   won the competition .

In the rest of the centers, Lebanon ranked second, Yemen and Iraq ranked third, Oman and Tunisia ranked fourth, Iran ranked fifth, and Palestine ranked sixth.

It is noteworthy that the competition was held in cooperation with the Union of Palestinian Writers and Journalists in Syria and the Lebanese Poets and Writers Forum.
