Syrian player Yazan Haddad wins silver medal at the Arab Snooker Championship

Syrian Snooker player Yazan Haddad won a silver medal at Arab Snooker Championship currently held in the United Arab Emirates.

  14 Arab countries are taking part in this competition.

After three successive triumphs, Haddad topped his group and qualified to the golden four after beating the Jordanian player 3-0 , the Saudi player 3-0 and the Iraqi player 3-1.

He managed to qualify to the final match after beating the Suadi player Ayman Al-Ghamedi 4-3, but lost to the Egyptian player Mina Mallak at the final.
