Syrian Omani talks on ways to enhance joint cultural work

On May 23rdthe Minister of Culture Dr. Labana Mushauh met with Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth for Cultural Affairs in the Sultanate of Oman, Saeed bin Sultan bin Yarab Al –Busaidi

During the meeting in the building of the Omani Ministry of Culture, the two sides discussed ways to enhance the joint cultural work and the prospects for its development between the two brotherly countries.

 

The two sides emphasized the importance of activating the memorandum of understanding and updating the executive program in a way that facilitates the exchange of the cultural product in the interest of the two brotherly peoples and the interest of cultural work that contributes to building values and people

The meeting was attended by the Syrian Ambassador in the Sultanate of Oman, Idris Mia, the Director General of the Directorate of Antiquities and Museums, Nazeer Awad and the Secretary -General of the Omani Museum Jamal bin Hassan Al –Musawi.
