Syrian Olympic football team will meet his Sri Lankan counterpart tomorrow in Asian qualifiers

In the qualifiers for the 2022 AFC finals held in Qatar, the Syrian Olympic football team will meet the  Sri Lankan team tomorrow within the first group, which also includes Qatar and Yemen.

 

Our team will meet its Yemeni counterpart next Thursday before concluding its matches against Qatar next Sunday.

Our team had recently participated in the West Asian Federation Championship in Group C along with Saudi Arabia and Bahrain . It won in the first round against Bahrain 4-1 and lost against Saudi Arabia 0-2 and qualified for the semi-finals as the best second place in the three groups in the championship, while losing against Jordan in half Final 2-5.
