Syrian national football team meets with Chinese national team in joint qualifiers for World and Asian Cups

The Syrian national football team will meet with the Chinese national team on Tuesday at 9 pm at Sharjah Stadium in its last match of the second round of the joint qualifiers for the World Cup in Qatar 2022 and the Asian Cup in China 2023.

During the press conference on the match, assistant coach of Syrian national team Nader Daoud said: “We seek to continue our victories and confirm our qualification. We have studied the strengths and weaknesses of our opponent well, especially after the changes made and the inclusion of new players.”

 

For his part, the player Moamen Naji highlighted the good preparations that preceded the match in order to achieve victory, expressing his confidence in the capabilities of his teammates to achieve what they seek and make the Syrian fans happy.

Our team had won entry into the first group in the qualifiers by defeating Guam team  last week with three goals in the match that they played together at the Sharjah Stadium.
