Syrian national football team is ready for qualifiers

After the completion of the Republic Cup football tournament, the players Taha Moussa, Mazen Al-Eis, Youssef Mohamed and Abdel-Rahman Barakat were invited to join the Syrian national team to participate in the double qualifiers for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar and the Asian Cup in China 2023.

The Syrian national team has conducted its training in its camp in Damascus under the supervision of the Tunisian coach Nabil Maaloul, and has taken the required health conditions and tests to ensure the players’ safety from Corona virus.

It is to be mentioned that our team has 15 points from five games in the qualifiers, after defeating the Philippines 5-2, the Maldives 2-1, Guam 4-0, China 2-1 and the Philippines again 2-1.
