The Syrian National Football team “Nusour Qasiyoun” has advanced three positions in FIFA’s monthly World Ranking.
The Syrian team is in the 76th position among other teams of the world.
The new advance comes after the team beat its Uzbek counterpart 1-0 in a friendly match last week in the UAE in preparation for resuming the qualifiers of the World Cup and the Asian Cup.
The team also maintained its 10th position at Asia’s level and the 9th position at the Arab level.
