Syrian-Iraqi discussions about ideas for future projects in the field of oil

Doha (ST) – The Minister of Oil and Mineral Resources, Dr. Firas Qaddour, met with the Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs, Hayan Abdul Ghani Al-Sawad, on the sidelines of the 12th Arab Energy Conference in Doha.

During the meeting, issues of common interests in the fields of oil, gas and energy were discussed in the interests of both countries.

Ideas were presented for future projects for cooperation between the two countries in the fuel and energy sectors.

Both sides stressed their commitment to enhancing joint cooperation, continuing dialogue and exchanging ideas and experiences in these fields.
