“We know that the government of Syria is open for dialogue with the opposition, that none of the opposing groups did not remain outside the Geneva-2 talks, which are to be held soon”, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said during the meeting with the Syrian Deputy Prime Minister Qadri Jamil, the leader of the Popular Front for Change and Liberation, a Voice of Russia correspondent reports.
