Syrian Ghazal wins gold medal in China

Beijing –  Syrian athlete Majd-Eddin Ghazal won the gold medal in the high jump in China’s Open Championship within Diamond League and World Challenge competition with a 236 cm jump, and his participation is part of the preparation to participate in the Rio de Janeiro Olympics in Brazil 2016.

Last June, Ghazal registered 229 cm jump in Asian Athletics Grand Prix held in Thailand.
